The videos purport that the product is made of questionable ingredients that are not safe for human consumption. We would like to state that this is false information. Our brands Ringoz, Tamu Tamu, Bitez and Urban Stix main ingredient is corn – maize grits which is sourced locally from maize millers. Other ingredients used are vegetable oil, permitted flavours and seasoning. All our products undergo a stringent quality process which involves regular testing at KEBS and other relevant regulatory bodies. Our production process videos are available to view on our website.
